The Brandeisian Girls Club Magazine is an up-and-coming feminist satire magazine. What does that mean? Let’s find out together! Though currently publishing exclusively online, the Club hopes to one day circulate physical semesterly magazines on campus.

Founders Eleanor Kulczar (’27) and Linda Jack (’27) cooked up the idea for the Brandeisian Girls Club Magazine in the Fall of 2024 after a long night in the Usdan dining hall. The discussion led these founders to the conclusion that the Brandeis community was in dire need of a niche satirical and subtly political magazine that no one was asking for. BGCM is modeled after children’s magazines from the early 2000s such as the American Girl Doll magazine, National Geographic Kids!, and others. Our goal is to combine a nostalgic format with college level humor, connecting to the childish and playful nature of honorary Brandeisian Girl, Louis Dembitz Brandeis himself.
DEI DISCLAIMER: Brandeisian Girls Club is NOT exclusive to women! Being a Brandeisian Girl is a mindset that ALL Brandeisians have the capacity for, unless you are a business major or something.
